ANCHOR SPRIT SUPPORT

I hired a local, part-time stainless steel fabricator to build a support for my anchor sprit. The plate under the sprit is ¼” with three tabs. The two outer tabs are angled for the lateral supports. The vertical support is 1 ½” tube. The ends are capped and have two clevis tabs. The attachment to the hull is a 3/32” plate bent to the shape of the bow. The lateral supports are 1 ¼” tube, end capped, with two tabs on each end. The attachments are ¼” plate each having one tab. It is assembled with 5/16” bolts.
