Perkins 4-108, 50 HP, 4 Cyl. with a velvet drive. The engine was installed by PO at San Diego after fighting the winds and currents northbound from Panama with an A-4. The Perkins has been to Alaska and back to Florida. It was in Alaska for 4 years. I've had the boat for 6 years and the engine has performed well. The A-4 had a 2 blade prop.
